Jack R. Wilson, III PLC is a small law firm focused on the business needs of clients in the Richmond, Virginia area including the counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Prince George and New Kent.

We devote most of our time working with clients on real estate matters involving land use and zoning, eminent domain and condemnation, and real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant matters. We also represent clients in commercial and other business and civil litigation, including personal injury cases. Jack Wilson has considerable experience in the government relations arena and represents clients before local governing bodies as well as in the Virginia General Assembly.
